===== Why Are We Doing This? =====


  * To build a culture of unreserved learning, sharing and thinking.
  * To broaden perspectives and encourage lateral thinking so as to deal with the increasing challenges of the world.
  * To create the first multi-disciplinary forum in Singapore.
  * To bring together a diverse mix of audience to liven up the discussion and make it InteresThink.
  * To experiment with various conferencing techniques that increase audience participation and speaker-audience interaction.

===== How InteresThink 2 is Different =====


**Participating**
Speakers do not merely speak to the audience and the audience does not merely listen passively. Be controversial! Be extreme! Challenge and inspire them!

**Pre-Conference**
Address some of the audiences’ burning issues in [[Shape the Conversations]] on that day!

**During the Conference**
We will create a warm, friendly atmosphere conducive for discussions during World Café and Open Space (refer to links below).

We trust that we are doing something special but we are of the opinion that together we can do so much more. Let us know if you have ideas of how you, our speakers, can continue these meaningful conversations, after the event.
