How should we do the next InteresThink?

Surely, there were things that were awful. We want to correct that. Whatever we were lacking at, we want to fix it at the the next event?

Is there something that we missed out and you think it should be in the next event?

Could we tap on your expertise for the next event?

Should our next event be in a big room or a smaller room? Weekday or weekend? Day or night?

    Tell us! We *do* listen!

A chill-like session on Friday night with a healthy mix of about 150-200 people, or even an overnight-party, with coffee and sustaining us the entire session, why not? Of course, people can leave anytime they want.

InteresThink - *Coffee thru the night!*

'Coffee thru' the night!' sounds cool. Maybe we can include a topic on non-exploitative labour & use the gourmet coffee/tea industries as case studies. Apparently, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf touts the line that their plantations created healthy jobs at decent wages for the natives. Location-wise, Starbucks at Suntec Convention Centre offers big enough space for 100+. If they agree to sponsor, the star-lit sky's the limit!

In that case can I suggest the movie "Black Gold" as a recommended watch before we head over to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf?

Lol! 2 years ago, I watched that film and immediately leapt out of my house to quiz the poor baristas behind in my neighbourhood Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf about fair trade. All I got were black stares and awkward looks. Perhaps things have changed a bit eh?

Oh BTW is everyone here acquainted with the concept of a think & drink? http://www.thinkdrinknewyork.com

Rather similar to joel's chill-out session, but with inhibitions lowered with alcohol instead. Might be worth a shot!
